<p style="text-align: justify;">Emotional eating. Food brings us short term comfort, but often times, we turn to food to help heal emotional problems. Depression, boredom, loneliness, fear, anger or emotional stress can cause us to eat that discharges hormones to temporarily improve our mood. Identify triggers that lead to emotional eating and replace it with reading a book, a walk listening to music or reaching out to someone you can talk.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Skipping breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if you skip breakfast and go several hours without eating, it will lead to lower blood sugar level and slower metabolism. Make sure you eat a healthy and balanced breakfast within two hours after waking.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Speed eating. If you have a busy lifestyle and are always on the go, chances are you&#8217;ve been convicted of speed eating.
